Mechanical Properties and Design of Concrete with Hybrid Steel and Basalt Fiber

Adding different fiber types may yield improvement of steel reinforced concrete (SFRC) features. Therefore, the investigation hybrid (HFRC) mechanical properties is relevant. The effect adding and basalt on fine-grained studied. It shown that reinforcement using optimal ratio allows preventing mixtures' segregation improving their structure homogeneity. This, in turn, achieving higher strength values. In most cases, design such compositions based engineering experience limits designers' capabilities. an effective methodology for proper HFRC composition should be developed. present study focused developing a methodology. developed includes mathematical experiments planning method to high-strength with reinforcement. demonstrated proposed can effectively used HFRC.
